Favorite Quote:
“When I talk about how I let myself live in this world, and a lot of people who are in relationships with addicts ask themselves after they step out like, how did I get into that? Why did I do that? You can’t explain it. I still to this day cannot explain it. Did I love him? there were parts of him I love. Is he a good person? Yes but the bad far outweighs the good. Many points I could’ve dropped the relationship but I stayed because of kids, because of guilt, because I didn’t want him to kill himself. It was the most toxic environment I’ve ever had.”
