When I was in my late teens or early twenties, my Dad told me, “Only have a partner if you have to.” If you have the means and ability to do it alone, don’t take on a partner. There are too many things that can go wrong and possibly ruin a friendship.
Find a need and fill it. If you find something you are passionate about after finding a need, that’s a huge bonus. Entrepreneurship isn’t easy, but it’s always been worth it if you work hard, find a good mentor and NEVER GIVE UP
When you bring on employees or contractors, know who you’re bringing into the family. Know your KPI’s and pay attention to the little things. The little things done consistently create huge results.
